We share information only as needed to provide the service, including with hosting and database providers, AI providers selected for your workflows, and Meta when you connect WhatsApp. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Flowship, our users, or others.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect the service. Where analytics is enabled, we collect it only after the required consent has been provided.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Flowship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Test sessions expire after two hours, and workflow execution history is generally pruned after 30 days.

You may ask us to delete or correct personal information by emailing info@flowship.dev. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Sensitive WhatsApp connection credentials are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Flowship and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We take appropriate steps to protect information when it is transferred internationally.
