These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flowship. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Flowship on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected channels.

Flowship lets you build workflow automations and AI-assisted conversations. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and the rules of any connected provider.

• Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe its security, or access accounts or data without permission.
• Do not use Flowship to violate Meta or WhatsApp policies, including messaging, business, and consent requirements.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Flowship. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for obtaining the permissions, notices, and consents required for content and contacts processed through your workflows.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how to use it. Do not rely on Flowship for professional advice.

Flowship may integrate with services such as Meta WhatsApp and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to them.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, applicable law, or third-party provider policies have been violated, or when needed to protect the service, users, or others. You may stop using Flowship at any time.

Flowship and its branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, we reserve all rights.

Flowship is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
